How AMAZING are these? The first photo looks like they were made for Lady Gaga herself. I've been collecting photos and references of things I want to buy for my future house/apartment and this gnome-stealing decor is just... well, for lack of a better word, adorable. And who can go wrong with a little leather and lace. Extremely tough and delicate simultaneously? Yes please. And I wouldn't say no to the hauntingly beautiful pearl headpiece. Oh, happy Halloween everyone! I'm v excited at the prospect of seeing what costumes everyone has in store for this year. Apparently Lady Gaga, Avatar's and... Snooki (am I the only one who doesn't watch Jersey Shore?) are popular choices. I love it when people fully commit to their costumes. Do it right or don't do it at all... no? xxx

notes:
1) Apparently I like lace? Especially in underwear? Who doesn't though really... I'm not a fan of lace bras though... I feel like they're not practical.
2) After painting my nails this color I felt like I was the girl version of the green lantern or something... Is it really the new black?
3) JUST finished the October issue. And just in time for the November one. Does anyone else feel like it takes so long to fully read each issue?

Turning 21 is a pretty big deal. JN is the last in our group to hit that mark so we decided to take her to Guu (she'd never been before) to let her experience a Japanese izakaya. This type of Japanese restaurant is like a pub; loud, casual, rowdy, and exciting. The food is amazing and it has been rightfully dubbed the slogan "Guu is guu'd". I frequent the Guu on Robson Street more so than the one in Gastown which is why I was SO happy to try this new dessert. It's called the hot stone sweets and it's basically made up of french baguette and custard served in a searing hot stone bowl with a HUGE dollop of genuine coconut ice cream. IT. WAS. A-MAZING. I dare you to tell me I'm wrong xxx

P.S. Oh and look, there goes my signature pose again...

Apparently everything I currently want is of a 'cable knit' variety. Or anything that will keep me warm whilst adding a bit of kookiness (see hat above). And then there's that dress... You can't tell in the Polaroid but its got a longer hem at the back. I think that's what got me... xxx

Apologies for the lack of posting. My laptop has been down and I nearly went through a meltdown when I thought it was long gone but alas my brother has saved the day! These photos were taken at the PNE and Playland. The girls and I mostly went for the food? Is that... bad? If you look closely I have a bag of doughnuts with me in every photo. Whether I be clutching them or stuffing them in my bag. Oh dear... On another note, the last photo is one of MANY you will come across in which my friends have dubbed my 'signature' pose. I don't like photos on my own. I never know what to do... xxx
