Ugh I've been getting so behind on posting it's really irking me out. But in the meantime you guys can always see snips in between through my Insta! So this was taken on my birthday brunch and you know how sometimes things just line up so perfectly where the flowers are blooming and the petals are falling and your car and outfit just happen to provide the best canvas for it all? Well yeah, that happened. The Wang shirt/dress concoction was a no brainer for me to get in both white and black because options. The mesh perforations and slits in all the correct places definitely provides a cool update on the lwd. Throw some old and new Rag & Bone in the mix and you've got a getup fit for scrambling around on the hoods of cars.

More Rag & Bone on the blog and I swear I'm not doing this consciously. This top puts all other collar detailed tops to shame. Having been cutout and then laced and knotted back together with some eyelets are the kind of oddities I look for in a top. Worn here with basic black shorts from Topshop on a day spent with Spencer walking around Coal Harbour and waiting for a clearing amongst the throng of tourists. Vancouver is a beautiful place so we understand the appeal. It was important to get my nails in the shot more than usual so please appreciate my 'not posing' pose of me holding up my Mophie wrapped iPhone to do so. They're a navy blue with honey gold stripes in case you were wondering. And I'm sure you were. Insert smirk emoji here.

Currently blogging from the YVR airport gate heading to LA for a quick little project! Vancouver has been kind to me lately in terms of weather and Jack and I managed to capture a particularly sunny day in Gastown a few weeks ago. We wandered around, mostly around Main & Alexander, before deciding to check out graffiti alley off Homer. And here the pyjama shirt strikes again. What I love about this top is how breathable and lightweight it is. Perfect for layering over some rugged, opaque leather shorts. Fringed with delicate lace, these Rag & Bone Highclare's are still my favourite - the hidden pockets were a good selling point. Haphazard buttoning skills and black accents paired well with my lazily slung Miu Miu bag. I'm still in love with the harlequin pattern and feel a little smug that I coincidently channelled my inner Harley Quinn in such a hooligan appropriate surrounding. I wonder if any Batman fans read my blog?

Details from day one at Coachella. 90% of my photos from last weekend will show me having a drink or thirst quencher of some sort in my hand. So yeah, just a heads up. This one was a coconut/banana smoothie reluctantly bought when they were out of the actual fruit. Since my feet were in heels the beginning part of the day, I wanted to give them a rest by sliding on my Sandro slippers. Denim shorts were a no brainer but in terms of which white, sheer, flowy, ethereal thing to wear, that was a different question. The Sabelle top by Dolce Vita won the battle - it's basically an extra pretty doily that I can't say no to. I dug up my old Rag & Bone cropped mac to wear in the evenings as 1 part warmth generator, 2 parts sandstorm protector.

Kain pocket tee, Rag & Bone leather Highclare shorts, Deathly Hallows necklace, Chloé wedges ]

Photos by Stevy Pyne

Ever since passing by this bright yellow spot in Brentwood, I made a mental note to myself (as well as a textual one to Stevy), to check it out one day & see if they could really change my apprehensive attitude towards lemonade. And indeed they did. There's a handful of flavour options for whatever mood you're in and the fact that they charge you by portion size in their food section really helps me make sure I eat just enough - in ratio to my small petite Asian size. Here comes my pettable Rag & Bone shorts again, this time worn on the Western hemisphere here in LA but are just as dreamy when worn on the Eastern predecessor in HK. Although second time around it gets more of a spotlight with a single strategic tuck of my old faithful white tee and plus it was really bright out. Several seasons old, slip-on nude goat hoof wedges seemed appropriate for Lemonade sipping. LA County Fair tomorrow. Then NY baby!

[ H&M sheer mullet top, Rag & Bone 'Highclare' leather shorts, McQueen creepers, Folli Follie bag ]

Still flipping through pages of my Hong Kong diary in the form of iPhoto and I still have so many updates from my trip there. Here's one from when I visited the Soho area of HK in hopes of visiting some vintage stores and seeking out this one café I heard about from an organic grocer a day or two prior. (Will elaborate more on this in the photo diary) Once again, Hong Kong's thick humidity called for the staple 'shorts + tee' combo and it gave me a chance to whip out my beloved pair of leather & lace shorts, whom the masterminds behind Rag & Bone created. I have such hearts in my eyes whenever I gaze across these shorts in my closet. The leather is so buttery soft and the lace so delicately pretty that combining these two fabrics is such a tactile sensation. See a more dedicated picture to them that will make you want to pet your computer screen here
