I have been lusting over this buckled chunky Stella sweater since I saw it in dress form months ago. It makes me feel swathed in warmth. Like a portable fireplace constantly hugging me but with a huge crevice just to keep things slightly on the impractical side. It took me forever to nip and tuck this baby into my teeny tiny shorts but I rejoiced knowing I could finally wear these Ksubi's for the first time thanks to an excessively long knit tail the sweater provided. Shoe pairing of choice were these Chloé heels I scored on sale at Yoox because I figured one buckle in an outfit wasn't enough so why not add a quadbuckle heel. Worn to grab dinner at Cousins Maine Lobster and dessert at Honeymee.

Here's a late but nevertheless relevant Valentine's post. I love love! It's just such a beautiful feeling. Ok saccharine aside, it was a brisk day in Vancouver made warm by my fuzzy Chloé coat. When I got it I was really hoping the content label was gonna say 100% Muppet Fur but modacrylic works too. So easy to spot, so into the deep pockets, so loving the creamsicle colour. Just a few notches down from citrus orange, into the blush/pinks/nudes area, comes these lovely rosé roses from Landeau. These guys do luxury flowers WELL and they're totally local, which I love. Find them in Holts and splurge on a bouquet for yourself or your lover because why not. Obsessed with the Parisian packaging oh and the vase doubles as a hat box when you're done.

Going way back to fashion month in New York when we took a trip to the Lincoln Centre on the last day of fashion week and decided to take the opportunity of its barren landscape to snap a few photos. Worn were the silkiest of Valentino's blouses along with a clutch by Chloé that fully embodies a floral pastel painting and colours of a Fabergé easter egg - all rolled into one. Both those over the top pieces paired with a 3rd, my building block Chanel Mary Jane's, begged for frayed denim shorts and classic wayfarers to loosen the outfit up. An undone blouse also helps.

Ever since passing by this bright yellow spot in Brentwood, I made a mental note to myself (as well as a textual one to Stevy), to check it out one day & see if they could really change my apprehensive attitude towards lemonade. And indeed they did. There's a handful of flavour options for whatever mood you're in and the fact that they charge you by portion size in their food section really helps me make sure I eat just enough - in ratio to my small petite Asian size. Here comes my pettable Rag & Bone shorts again, this time worn on the Western hemisphere here in LA but are just as dreamy when worn on the Eastern predecessor in HK. Although second time around it gets more of a spotlight with a single strategic tuck of my old faithful white tee and plus it was really bright out. Several seasons old, slip-on nude goat hoof wedges seemed appropriate for Lemonade sipping. LA County Fair tomorrow. Then NY baby!
