Some of the pieces that I'm excited for in the upcoming Marni x H&M collection. Cute ruffled bottom swimsuits, large paillette collars, plus that sick metallic paisley print double whammy outfit. There's also a stripey pastel pyjama set that would be perfect for interpreting that whole Sofia-Coppola-lounging-at-her-dad's-Turtle-Inn vibe. Feel vibe here while waiting for the collection to come out on March 8th.

Celebrating this Valentine's day with new lacy next-to-nothings adorned with oversized bows and other pretty-little-things in sparkling lush velvet. Apart from being lovestruck all day, I will be packing for LA and have recently purchased Bumble & bumble's Texture (Un)dressing Creme and Fresh Sugar's Plum Lip Tint to accompany me. Friends in the form of beauty products are nice.

Celebrated Eunice's birthday at HouseXGuest (located in Gastown) last week with cotton candy red velvet cupcakes, lobster and waffles, numerous Samurai shots, laughter, and beautiful people. My dress of choice makes me feel like a character from Star Trek. Uhura specifically. With the turtle neck and vertical pleats at the shoulder. Although I like the fact that I can wear it backwards with the risky slit in the front rather than the back. My gift! To my kind friend came in a big fuchsia box from Holts. A Kate Spade clutch drenched in gold glitter and an adorable card from Papyrus. I like Papyrus for cards. They always have such good presentation.
